Level 1 – PAYRISE Program: Foundational work readiness, mindset development & employability training.

Level 3 – PAYRISE Enterprise: Entrepreneurship, leadership pathways and long-term career advancement.

Programme Evolution

PAYRISE has evolved through earlier programme iterations, including Te Ara Maranga and Ahi Kā, which laid the foundation for the model delivered today.

Building on these experiences, PAYRISE continues to refine its approach — strengthening pathways for rangatahi through real-world learning, enterprise and employment opportunities.
